As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced Sales Managers to join our team and help drive growth in assigned territories.
Position Overview
This is a hunter role for experienced sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing new business.
Each Sales Manager is assigned an exclusive territory and is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, appointment setting, consultations, follow-up, and closing new clients.
Accuwise provides comprehensive marketing support, brand development, CRM systems, technology platforms, and operational support. Sales Managers are expected to take ownership of their territory and consistently develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
• Conduct outbound calls,
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with business owners.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Represent Accuwise professionally at all times.
• Collaborate with management to improve sales performance and client acquisition.
Qualifications
• Minimum 6 years of successful sales experience.
• Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable conducting virtual sales meetings.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Earnings Potential
Typical Sales Managers can expect to earn:
• $1,000 – $2,500+ per month during their first several months.
Top-performing Sales Managers can earn:
• $3,000 – $5,000+ per month.
Exceptional performers who consistently exceed goals may earn substantially more through commissions, bonuses, and advancement opportunities.
