You are a seasoned Sales Manager who can keep all the plates spinning in Gohigh Leveland enjoys the challenge. As a technical execution specialist, you are ready to dig in on multiple projects while managing the coaching business's day-to-day customer and client interactions.
In all projects, the Sales manager is expected to develop and maintain strict process flows and protocols for administering client relationships and reporting progress to the owner. As each responsibility or project is handed off from the owner, the sales manager is expected to document the process flow, creating training documentation for the next generation of employees who will soon step in and take these responsibilities from you.
As a sales manager specializing in GoHighLevel, you'd be responsible for the business goals and directing the agency to achieve their goals by leveraging GHL features, from CRM and sales pipelines to marketing automation and lead management.
Key Performance Metrics:
Grow top-line sales revenue 300% in 2025
Maintain gross margin at 60%

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, Maintain, and Grow Sales: Business Manager Projects
Marketing Project Coordination
Sales Pipeline: Process Development, CRM documentation,
SDR - sales development - scheduling new business meetings, coordinating preparation needs with customer administration counterparts
Managing the interview and recruitment process for coaches
Framework Development: Process flows, decision points, scripts, and instructions
Onboarding customer groups - process flow and customer retention
CRM interaction, lead tracking, organization (Direction for owner-led sales initiatives)
Content development (summarizing materials, creating PDF worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, checklists, and “quotables” for marketing effort)
Your Resources:
Killer CMO who designed a winning strategy
Manage Creative and Technical execution through our contracted agency
Direct an SDR on appointment setting (develop and hone scripts)

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize GoHighLevel usage and business performance.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
CRM & Sales Process: Strong understanding of CRM principles and sales methodologies.
Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and strategies.
Lead Management: Expertise in lead generation, nurturing, and qualification.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing clear instructions.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and analyze data to improve performance.
GoHighLevel Proficiency: Deep understanding of the platform's features and functionalities.
