Virtual Assistant (Lead Generation & Research)

As a Virtual Assistant for our Revenue Opportunities team, you’ll play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential B2B leads for Hushmail’s encrypted email and secure communication solutions. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of helping businesses—especially in healthcare—keep their communications private and secure.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Sourcing & Qualification – Research businesses that need secure email solutions, identify key decision-makers, and assess potential partnerships.
- Data Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Sales Outreach Support – Assist with email sequences, categorize leads, and help streamline outreach efforts.
- Reporting & Insights – Provide weekly reports on lead sourcing trends, challenges, and opportunities to refine our strategy.

What You Bring:

- Experience in lead generation, research, or similar roles
- Strong research skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with data entry and management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot (preferred)
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and secure communication needs in healthcare (a plus)
