Sales – Full Time Remote (Doer Signs)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join our team. This remote position plays a vital role in supporting our sales team and delivering exceptional service to our customers, including high-value clients. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to understand our product offerings to provide thoughtful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, professional assistance to customers
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Manage daily email communications with customers and internal teams
Provide personalized support to VIP customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Learn and understand our product offerings to make relevant recommendations
Create accurate estimates based on customer needs
Request and coordinate product layouts when necessary
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our internal systems


Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication in English, including professional phone handling
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or engineering field is preferred
Proven experience in a client-facing, onsite sales environment with direct customer interaction (as opposed to purely online or BPO-based roles)
Demonstrated ability to perform effectively during graveyard shifts, with a strong track record of productivity and adaptability in late-night working hours
Highly driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset and strong sense of initiative
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Experience with CRM tools and order processing systems is a plus
Quick learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge and make informed recommendations


Starting Salary: $500 – 1 month training period
Salary after training – $1000/month
Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift (EST Time Zone) – Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST
