The Role: Sales Executive
This is a full-remote opportunity ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in B2B sales, outbound sales, and lead generation. In this role, you'll drive client acquisition and remote web sales by prospecting, engaging, and closing deals. You will receive a guaranteed base salary of $400 - $500 USD per month from day one, plus a 50% commission on every closed sale of our web packages. With packages ranging from $200 to $1500, your earning potential is significant. After a performance-based probationary period of 3 months, your base salary will increase to a range of $600 to $1500 based on your performance, all while continuing to earn commission.
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Base Salary: Start with a guaranteed base salary of $400 - $500 USD per month.
- Commission Structure: Earn a 50% commission on each closed sale.
- Warm Leads: For deals where our team assists in closing, receive a commission of 25% on the sale.
- Probationary Period & Salary Increase: After a 3-month performance-based probation, your base salary will be increased to a range of $600 to $1500, based on your performance - all while continuing to earn commission on every closed deal.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Research, identify, and directly contact decision-makers across various industries to drive outbound sales and new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to support client and customer acquisition efforts.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of all communications using your preferred CRM tool - choose the tool that best supports your workflow (subject to management approval).
- Closing Deals: Convert leads into closed sales by managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final agreement, contributing to our overall inbound and outbound sales targets.
Who You Are
- A confident communicator capable of engaging US business professionals in English, both in writing and orally.
- A seasoned sales professional with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, and lead generation, ideally within the web design and development space.
- Highly organized and responsive, with proven success in driving customer acquisition and closing deals.
- Proficient with CRM platforms, with the autonomy to select the tools that enhance your productivity.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Primary KPI: The number of closed deals and the revenue they generate.
- Additional KPIs:
- Conversion rate from initial contact to qualified lead.
- Volume and quality of warm leads generated.
- Average deal size.
- Pipeline velocity - how quickly leads move through the sales funnel.
