## About the Role
We are a Snowflake-native data infrastructure platform serving wealth management firms including RIAs, broker-dealers, family offices, and TAMPs. We are building a world-class revenue team and looking for a Sales Development Support Specialist to provide critical operational leverage to our US-based sales organization.
This role powers the sales development and account executive team by handling the research-intensive and repetitive elements of prospecting and outreach. You will use AI-assisted workflows — specifically Claude — to generate high-quality prospect lists, craft personalized outreach sequences, and prepare meeting materials so that our frontline sellers can focus on live conversations and closing.
This is not a traditional SDR role. You will not be making cold calls or running discovery meetings. You are the engine behind the team's outbound motion — the person who makes every rep more effective by delivering better data, sharper messaging, and more qualified opportunities.

## Key Responsibilities
### Prospect Research & List Building
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, industry databases, conference attendee lists, and web research.
- Enrich prospect records with firmographic data (AUM, custodian, tech stack, advisor headcount) and technographic signals.
- Maintain clean, segmented prospect lists across territories with no overlap or duplication between sales tea
- Monitor intent signals including job changes, company news, M&A activity, funding rounds, and technology announcements that create timely outreach opportunities.
### Outreach & Sequence Management
- Draft personalized outreach sequences
- Create multiple message variants for A/B testing across subject lines, value propositions, and calls to action.
- Manage HubSpot sequences and ensure cadences are running on schedule, follow-ups are triggered, and responses are routed to the appropriate sales tea
- Track and report outreach performance metrics weekly: open rates, reply rates, meeting conversion rates, and sequence effectiveness.
### Meeting Preparation & Post-Meeting Support
- Research prospects before every scheduled meeting and prepare one-page briefing documents including company overview, decision-maker profiles, current technology stack, competitive landscape, and potential pain points.
- Summarize call recordings using Claude, extract key action items, and update HubSpot records with accurate meeting notes.

## Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales development support, lead generation, market research, or a comparable operations role.
- Strong research skills with demonstrated experience using LinkedIn, company databases, and web-based research tools.
- Excellent written English with the ability to write natural, conversational, and professional outreach copy that does not read as templated or automated.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Claude or similar AI tools for content generation, research synthesis, and data enrichment. AI-assisted execution is a core expectation of this role, not a bonus skill.
