About the Role

We are a growing recruitment firm specializing in direct hire placements and offshore staffing solutions (APAC/SEA talent).

We’re looking for a results-driven SDR / Business Development professional to help us acquire new clients across international markets (US, AU, UK).

This role is focused on outbound sales and revenue generation—ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, cold calls)
Identify and engage decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Hiring Managers)
Book qualified meetings and present recruitment/offshoring solutions
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients
Handle objections and move prospects through the sales funnel
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets

Qualifications
Proven experience in:
Recruitment agency sales or
Offshoring / BPO client acquisition
Track record of generating clients or closing deals
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with outbound sales and cold outreach
Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms is a plus

Preferred Skills
Experience selling remote staffing or offshore hiring solutions
Strong understanding of hiring challenges across global markets
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Results-oriented and comfortable working with targets
