About Draw In

Draw In is a B2B revenue operations agency helping Australian small and mid-sized businesses build and scale their outbound sales pipeline. We work with clients across professional services, SaaS, and technology sectors - connecting them with the right decision-makers at the right time.

This is our first SDR hire. You won't be joining a large team with an established playbook. You'll be helping us build one. If you're the kind of person who takes initiative, holds yourself accountable, and finds ways to get results without waiting to be told what to do next - this role is for you.

The right person has a genuine path to grow with us into a lead SDR or team leadership role as we scale.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced outbound SDR with 2+ years of proven results in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, technology, or professional services. You'll manage the full SDR process end-to-end, from prospecting and outreach through to qualification and meeting booking, working directly with Australian business owners and senior executives.

You'll work within Australian business hours. No late nights.

What You'll Do

• Identify,research, and target prospective customers across Australian markets using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against established ICP criteria.
• Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers to uncover business needs and create opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for clients.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Work closely with our founders to optimise outreach strategies and conversion rates.
• Consistently meet or exceed pipeline and activity targets.
• Contribute ideas to improve our SDR process - your experience matters here.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales development role with a demonstrated track record of results.
• A self-starter mindset. You manage your own pipeline, and don't need close supervision to perform.
• Strong understanding of the full SDR lifecycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, objection handling, and appointment setting.
• Proven experience booking meetings with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Written English at a native or near-native standard. You will be communicating directly with Australian business owners and executives - this is non-negotiable.
• Clear, professional spoken English suitable for business conversations with Australian clients.
• Proven experience with outbound sales tools - Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar.
• Experience selling SaaS, AI, or technology solutions is strongly preferred.
• Conscientious and detail-oriented - accurate CRM records and activity tracking matter to us

Bonus Points

• Experience in B2B sales targeting professional services, aged care, workplace safety, or cybersecurity verticals.
• Prior experience working with Australian or other English-speaking international clients.
• Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and modern outbound sales workflows.

30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Australian business hours.Fully remote - work from home.
