Our challenge:
The Kelly Agency, a leading Allstate Insurance Agency, is looking for a dynamic Remote Sales Development Representative in Training to join our Outside Sales Team. Start earning 2,000 PHP per day fixed as a contractor. Graduate at the end of your second or third full calendar month from our SDR in Training to become a tenured employee and earn a minimum of 250 PHP per hour. Top performers can earn an additional 3,000 PHP monthly Activity Success commission plus daily and monthly performance bonuses. Upon graduation, employees are eligible for night differentials, holiday pay, health benefits, and 13th-month pay.

The job description:
Insurance is essential, yet often confusing. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll provide a friendly,
reliable, and informative experience to prospective customers, by connecting with them on the phone and
introducing them to our licensed agents for quoting. This entry-level position offers a career path within our
agency, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

- Skilled at handling objections while prioritizing customer interests.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask across various programs.
- Drive to win and a willingness to follow our proven success system (100% adherence to defined SDR processes is required).
The core job requirements:
- Must have ability to work from home. This includes: a quiet working space, computer, monitor, headset, mouse.
- Must work scheduled shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST with a 30-minute lunch.
- Progressively ramp up and meet activity expectations.
- Maintain an 85%+ attainment of daily success criteria during a calendar month.
- Pre-qualify insurance prospects for insurability and quality of risk.
- Transfer a minimum of 8 qualified leads to our Outside Sales Team daily.
- Collect and maintain accurate data in the CRM system, including contact information, market data, and
qualifiers.
- Participate in daily meetings to ensure team alignment.
