Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote (Must work during US East Coast Hours)

About the Role:
We seek a highly experienced Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth by reaching out to prospects, engaging them effectively, and scheduling meetings with our company founders. Your success in this position will directly contribute to generating new sales and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Proactively contact prospects through cold calls, email, and social media outreach.
Utilize OpenAI tools to craft compelling and effective content and emails that resonate with our target audience.
Schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
Attend and actively participate in our daily sales huddle at 8:45 AM ET to align strategies and share insights.
Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and manage communications with potential clients.
Meet and exceed performance targets, with an expectation to produce results within the first 5 days of appointment scheduling.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role.
Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work during US East Coast hours.
Must be comfortable and proficient in using OpenAI technologies to enhance communication strategies.
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and a results-driven attitude.
