JOB OVERVIEW

Offsite.com is a seed-stage, venture-backed tech startup in the travel tech / B2B Marketplace industry.

We are looking for a Sales Development Rep to join our team, starting part-time (20 hours or so) but can quickly become full-time for the right person. You would be supporting our Head of Sales and an Account Executive on various tasks related to sales development (essentially being a virtual assistant for them, but with experience....ideally...supporting sales teams with lead generation, prospecting, and similar tasks.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Rep, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts, research tasks, and business development projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, drafting email lists of leads, drafting proposals, and more. We value creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to drive success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development

Create leads lists using tools like Seamless.ai for our team to send out weekly via HubSpot.
Create proposals after listening to sales call recordings and looking at notes generated from Firelies.ai as well as what's in HubSpot.
Identify new leads and potential business opportunities (using LinkedIn)
Research contact information, and other relevant data using tools and resources (using Google)


Other Tasks:

Provide administrative support as needed for our Head of Sales (like reading and responding to emails)
Assist with cleaning our HubSpot account.



Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Development Rep, or virtual assistant who has supported Sales teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent English.
Willingness to work some Pacific Standard Time hours (at least 4 hours per day of PST availability, and the other 4 hours can be in your local time, whenever you'd like)
Proficiency in social media platforms namely LinkedIn and Twitter, email marketing tools, and research tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Basic knowledge of sales, or sales development, is a plus.
Access to a stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
