As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and confident Sales Consultant to help expand our client partnerships across Canada.

Role Overview

In this role, you'll be speaking directly with C-level executives, HR Managers, Directors, and business leaders to introduce Talione's recruitment services, discuss hiring needs, and book qualified meetings for our leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, relationship building, and helping companies solve hiring challenges.

What You'll Do
Conduct outbound calls and business development outreach
Engage with decision-makers regarding current and future hiring needs
Introduce Talione's recruitment services and value proposition
Book qualified meetings with prospective clients
Build and maintain professional relationships with business leaders
Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication
Track activity and opportunities within company systems
Contribute to the growth and expansion of Talione's client network
Compensation
Base pay provided
Bonus for every attended qualified meeting booked
Commission on closed client partnerships
Additional earning opportunities based on performance
Trial Period

All new tea ---------- mbers participate in a trial period designed to ensure a strong mutual fit.

To successfully complete the trial period and qualify for ongoing bonus and commission opportunities, candidates must book 1–2 qualified meetings.

Qualified meetings must be attended by the prospective client and meet Talione's qualification criteria.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Sales, recruiting, customer service, or business development experience is an asset but not required
