The Role as a Sales Consultant,

You'll play a crucial role in helping prospects determine if our unique peer-to-peer lending model is the right fit for them. You will work alongside our dedicated Appointment Setters and Assessment Coordinators to guide potential clients through the process of becoming homeowners.

What You’ll Do:

· Engage with Prospects: You'll receive warm leads from our appointment setters, who have already pre-qualified prospects. Your role is to conduct a relaxed, casual consultation with these prospects to introduce them to our concept and see if it aligns with their needs.

· Explain Our Concept: You will explain the basics of peer-to-peer lending and how it works, without overwhelming the prospect with too much detail. Your goal is to pique their interest and get them excited to move to the next stage.

· Assess Fit: It's not about hard-selling; it's about understanding the prospect’s situation and determining if our service can help them. If they’re interested, our Assessment Coordinators will work with the finance, mortgage, and credit teams to gather their pay slips and other information needed to assess their borrowing capacity and prepare a structure sheet.

· Guide Them Through the Process: Once the prospect is pre-assessed, you'll have a second appointment with them to discuss the results, their borrowing capacity, the strategy (structure sheet), and the next steps. You’ll explain our fees and give them a clear and transparent path forward if they want to proceed.

· Seal the Deal: When prospects are ready to move forward, you’ll ensure all final documents are signed, including the letter of engagement and fee structure.


What We’re Looking For:

· A People Person:
You must be someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping them make informed decisions. This is not your typical sales role; it’s about finding out if we can help – if we can, great! If not, that’s perfectly fine too.

· Strong Communicator:
You’ll be explaining complex ideas in a simple, approachable way. You need to be clear, friendly, and able to build trust quickly.

· A Closer:
While this role is consultative, you’ll need to have the ability to close deals and move prospects through.

· Confidence in Your Approach:
You should be confident in discussing the concept of peer-to-peer lending and able to handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.

· Passionate About Homeownership:
