Handle incoming local and overseas enquiries which include provide quotation to customers, follow up with order confirmation, follow on backorders and ensuring prompt delivery order.
Objective is not just to provide quotation but to secure orders which means recording, monitoring, follow-up and updating all relevant customer info and regular requirements.
To assist Sales Dept in all aspect of customers development and support which includes tele-marketing, search calls and casual calls to regular accounts.
Close liaison with Admin and Store to ensure proper documentation and packing\delivery of shipment.
