Sales Co-ordinator

Provide quotation to all incoming enquiries, follow up for order confirmation, placing orders with suppliers, follow up on backorder and issue delivery order when goods are available.
Objective is not just to provide quotations but to secure orders - which means recording, monitoring follow-up and updating customer information and regular requirements. To assist Sales Dept in all aspect of customers development and support which includes tele-marketing, search calls and casual calls to regular accounts. Liaison with Admin and Store to ensure proper documentation and shipment and packing schedule.
