Sales Chat Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated, empathetic, and proactive Sales Chat Representative to join our growing team.
In this role, you won't just be answering tickets—you will be the voice of our brand. You will handle customer inquiries with patience, multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and spot opportunities to turn simple inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

*Subscriber Support - respond to subscriber chats and messages promptly, professionally, and with a high level of empathy.

*Sales & Conversions - understand subscriber needs, overcome objections, and proactively guide prospects through the sales funnel to close deals.

*Multitasking - efficiently manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously without sacrificing the quality of service.

*Problem Solving - take a proactive approach to solving subscriber issues, ensuring a positive resolution and high satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

*Experience - at least 1 year of proven experience specifically in a Customer Service role (English Major or ESL experience is a massive plus).

*Language Skills - exceptional verbal and written English proficiency. You must have excellent grammar, tone control, and the ability to convey warmth via chat.

*Soft Skills - high emotional intelligence, deep patience, and the ability to genuinely sympathize with frustrated customers.

*Sales Mindset - a results-driven attitude with the ability to "drive and close" sales naturally during customer interactions.

*Work Ethic - highly proactive, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
