Are you skilled at engaging with prospects on social media and turning conversations into booked sales calls? Do you have a strong sales mindset and a passion for relationship-building? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Sales Appointment Setter (Social Media Concierge)!

What You’ll Do:
As a Social Media Concierge/Appointment Setter, your role is to connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to book high-quality sales appointments for our coaching programs. Your success in this role will directly impact our ability to close deals and grow our business.

- Engage with prospects through direct messaging, comments, and outreach strategies
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest and fit for our programs
- Schedule & confirm discovery calls to ensure high attendance rates
- Follow up with potential clients to keep them engaged and moving through the pipeline
- Support administrative tasks related to lead generation and appointment setting
- Meet performance metrics (KPIs) to maximize your earnings

Compensation & Growth Plan:
- First 2 Months: Probationary Period – Earn a fixed base salary of $400/month while we assess your performance. During this time, you are also eligible for the $100 commission per successfully closed deal that results from your booked appointments.
- Regular Full-Time Role (as early as Month 2!): If you consistently meet performance targets—booking enough sales calls that lead to at least 3 closed clients per month—you’ll be regularized at $600/month as early as your second month.
- Commissions & Bonuses: You will receive $100 for every deal closed, even during the probationary period. The more successful calls you set, the more you earn!

Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, social media engagement, or appointment setting
- Proven track record of success in booking sales calls via LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Passionate about connecting with business leaders and fostering relationships
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while achieving team goals
- Must be able to work within EST or PST time zones
