JOB OVERVIEW

**OVERVIEW**
We are looking for a **Virtual Assistant** with a **sales background** to handle client communication, appointment scheduling, lead follow-ups, and administrative support for **Pixel Flow DTF** and **Flow Bridge LLC**. This VA will also assist in basic marketing tasks (such as email campaigns and social media scheduling) and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth operations for our printing and automation services.

### TASKS

1. **Client Communication & Scheduling**
- Set and manage appointments with clients (email, phone, or calendar invites)
- Follow up with leads and maintain continuous client engagement

2. **Helpdesk & Onboarding Support**
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Guide new clients through onboarding processes and initial setup
- Handle basic support tickets or escalate when necessary

3. **Sales & Lead Generation**
- Reach out to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, or social media
- Nurture and qualify leads; assist in closing deals
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business

4. **Administrative & Financial Tasks**
- Manage invoices and ensure payments are collected promptly
- Send follow-up emails and payment reminders
- Keep accurate records of transactions and client communications

5. **Marketing Support**
- Assist in creating or scheduling email campaigns for product/service promotions
- Update social media with relevant announcements or promotional content (as needed)

### REQUIREMENTS

- **Sales background** (preferred); comfortable with prospecting, lead engagement, and follow-ups
- Strong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), CRM tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
