Sales Admin Assistant – Setter

We're seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Admin Assistant (Setter) to join our team. As the first point of contact for new clients and prospective students, you'll manage warm leads, follow up on inquiries, and book qualified prospects for consultations and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on all open leads daily via call, text, and email through company CRM.
- Answer and manage inbound Instagram DMs across our NYC & NJ accounts per established protocols.
- Book appointments for camouflage services, virtual consultations, and academy inquiries.
- Send confirmations, reminders, and cancellation messages via RingCentral.
- Maintain accurate records across company CRMs Google Contacts, Square, and internal lead tracking sheets.
- Meet and exceed KPIs including call volume, contact rate, and appointments set.
- Submit an End-of-Day (EOD) report each shift.
- Participate in sales training sessions and collaborate with the team for smooth lead handoffs.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales or appointment-setting experience (client references required).
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously (Instagram, Square, RingCentral, Google Drive, CRMs).
- Fluent in English — Spanish is a plus but not required.
- CRM experience strongly preferred.
- Mac or Apple device preferred (our workflows are Apple-optimized).
- Beauty/personal care industry experience a plus but not required.

Schedule:
- To be discussed. U.S. Eastern Time zone alignment required. Hours per week subject to change.
