JOB OVERVIEW

Proconstruction group ltd seeking a highly organized and communicative Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Your primary focus will be to process inbound and outbound leads, engage with prospects via telephone and messaging platforms, maintain the CRM database, and support the sales team with various administrative tasks. Please note that this position does not require closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Processing: Qualify and process inbound and outbound leads in a timely and efficient manner.

Communication: Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, email, and instant messaging to introduce our services and gather necessary information.

CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, update lead statuses, and manage contact data within the CRM system.

Administrative Support: Perform various administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements
Proven experience in a lead generation, sales support, or customer-facing role.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong telephone etiquette and proficiency in digital messaging tools.

Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
