DevTeam.Space is a fast-growing software company that has helped over 350 businesses, including Airbus, Disney, NEC, and top startups, launch innovative software products since 2016. We are now preparing to launch multiple internal and external SaaS products focused on AI, code generation, project/team management in the next three months.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SaaS Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be working closely with our CEO, and responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will play a critical role in shaping our brand presence and accelerating growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our SaaS products (we have inhouse business analyst and project manager available to help with the deep dive into each specific product).
- Prepare products for launching (landing page content, campaigns, influencers, etc).
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across various social channels, including content marketing, email, and social media.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, informing strategy adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in marketing for SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and create actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
