Job Overview:

Looking for a motivated and results-driven Short-Term Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will make sure our properties are well-maintained, guests have a great experience, and occupancy rates stay high. This person will need to know both marketing and back-end operations. They will handle tasks like setting up property management systems from scratch, optimizing listings on platforms, and creating marketing strategies to attract more bookings. The role involves keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from managing bookings and payments to responding to guest needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who can balance guest satisfaction with efficient property management and smart marketing.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote short-term rental properties.
- Optimize property listings on various platforms (e.g., Evolve, Airbnb, VRBO, Upgrade to see actual info) to enhance visibility and attractiveness. Ensure descriptions and photos are accurate and appealing.
- Handle Back end operations on various platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
- Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and descriptions, to highlight property features.
- Manage social media accounts and create targeted advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with property owners to ensure listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
- Respond to guest inquiries and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and check-in, offering local recommendations and ensuring a smooth start to their stay
- Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing any concerns, requests or issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction
- Coordinate with cleaning staff and property managers to prepare properties for new arrivals and ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, Airbnb policies, and safety standards across all properties
- Analyze guest feedback, reviews, and market trends to identify areas for improvement


Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in using property management software and online booking platforms.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
