Manage the SEO outreaching teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and answer technical questions for the managed team
Outreach to niche related sites
Outreach to SEO agencies to work with
Replying and negotiate deals with the replied domain owners
Review the ref. domains based a set of requirments (mainly using ahrefs)
Work along with the team to process the payments and review the guest post/link insertions and all the technical part like archors and etc being the right way.

Familiar with OA software like Hubstaff
