SEO Virtual Assistant – GoHighLevel & Ahrefs (Full-Time)

We’re a growing carpet cleaning business in Colorado with a 240+ page content site and active SEO operation. We need a detail-oriented SEO VA who can hit the ground running with our existing workflow.

You must have hands-on experience with:

• Ahrefs – keyword research, backlink analysis, site audits
• GoHighLevel – publishing blog posts, managing CMS pages, social planner
• GoHighLevel Website Builder – building and editing pages and sections
• GoHighLevel Funnels – building, editing, and optimizing funnel pages end-to-end
• On-page SEO – internal linking, meta tags, canonical tags, schema
• Google Search Console & GA4 – basic data reading and reporting

Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Publishing blog posts and service pages in GoHighLevel
• Building and updating website pages using the GHL page builder
• Building and managing funnels in GoHighLevel
• Adding internal and external links per our link guides
• Running Ahrefs reports and flagging keyword/ranking changes
• Updating trackers in Google Drive (Sheets/Docs)
• Light technical SEO fixes (broken links, noindex tags, sitemaps)

Requirements:

• Full-time, 40 hrs/week
• Reliable internet and dedicated workspace
• Strong written English for communication
• Experience with semantic SEO or topical authority content is a big plus
• Must be comfortable with detailed SOPs and workflow docs
