SEO Specialist with Competitor Analysis and Outreach Experience

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with conducting thorough competitor analysis on OnlineJobs.ph, evaluating site quality through Ahrefs, identifying site owners' emails, and managing email outreach campaigns. This role is crucial in enhancing our online presence and requires someone with a keen eye for detail, outstanding analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.


Responsibilities:

Competitor Analysis: Regularly research and identify our main competitors on OnlineJobs.ph. Analyze their SEO strategies, website functionalities, content quality, and overall online presence.
Site Quality Evaluation: Utilize Ahrefs to assess the quality of competitors' websites. Analyze key metrics such as DA (Domain Authority), backlink profile, organic search traffic, and keyword rankings.

Email Identification: Use available tools and methodologies to find emails of site owners. This may involve the use of email finder tools, social media platforms, and website contact forms.

Email Outreach: Craft personalized and compelling emails to site owners. The purpose of the outreach could vary from building partnerships, proposing collaborations, to sharing content, with the ultimate goal of enhancing our SEO and online presence.
Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the outreach campaigns, including response rates, engagement metrics, and any subsequent actions taken by site owners.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies that could benefit our website's performance.
Requirements:

Proven experience in SEO, particularly in competitor analysis and email outreach.
Proficient in using Ahrefs and familiar with other SEO tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret website metrics and KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to find creative ways to identify and reach out to site owners.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
