SEO Specialist (Remote & Long term)

We are looking for an experienced and result driven SEO specialist for our company to help us reach the highest organic rankings on Google and other search engines. Here is our main product page: https://vanguardstorefixtures.com/pages/gondola-shelving

The currently open position for hire is the first and only SEO position in our company, however, we are ready to scale with a larger team if needed. If we will need more team members, and you are naturally a leader who believes you’d perform best in a managerial position, then we will build a team under your supervision. If you are not naturally a leader and manager, that is NOT a problem, we still need you. We need you to be honest with your character traits so we know the best position for you, team leader and manager or SEO specialist only.

Our company’s current main focus is on one product, gondola shelving systems for retail stores of all kinds. For that reason, we will expect you to become an expert at writing valuable content that will be searched by a person who plans on opening a new retail store.

Responsibilities:
Analyze all of our competition, become an industry expert and understand what the best ranked websites do to be the best
Solid understanding of effectively prompting AI to do the heavy lifting
Write valuable content relevant to our product and industry using AI tools, while ensuring Google does not label the content as AI written and ruin the ranking
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization
Build QUALITATIVE backlinks
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
Provide detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations
WHITEHAT link building practices through outreach, guest posts, partnerships, etc.

Requirements:
Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
Qualitative AI prompting and content creation
Excellent analytical and communication skills
