We are seeking a dedicated SEO/SEM Specialist to enhance our digital marketing efforts, focusing on driving SEO excellence and performance for our touring products. In this role, you will spearhead strategies to maximize organic search growth and SEO market share, utilizing your expertise to implement cutting-edge SEO and SEM techniques. Your responsibilities will include creating SEO roadmaps, managing comprehensive website audits, optimizing content, and conducting robust market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

SEO and SEM Strategy Execution

Develop and implement SEO strategies that enhance site visibility and search performance. Manage keyword research, on-page optimizations, and SEO audits to ensure best practices are followed.
Coordinate SEM campaigns and link-building initiatives, aligning them with overall marketing objectives to drive traffic and conversion rates.

Website Management and Optimization

Conduct regular website audits to ensure content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and compliant with SEO standards. Implement changes to improve site performance and user experience.
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content and effective copywriting strategies that align with brand guidelines and SEO goals.

Analytics and Reporting

Utilize Google Analytics and other SEO tools to track website traffic, analyze user behavior, and assess the effectiveness of SEO and SEM efforts. Prepare and deliver reports that provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
Stay abreast of algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain and improve search rankings.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Keep informed of industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Use insights to refine SEO strategies and enhance market positioning.
Engage in continuous learning to apply the latest SEO techniques and tools, maintaining an edge over competitors.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in an SEO/SEM role, preferably within an agency or e-commerce environment.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, HTML/CSS, and a comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices.

Desirable

Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMRush, and familiarity with technical SEO aspects like URL hierarchies and redirects.
A creative approach to solving problems and experimenting with new SEO tactics.

Software Expertise

Proficiency in using advanced SEO tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Google Search Console.
Strong understanding of content management systems like WordPress and coding languages such as HTML/CSS.

Education

A degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred, with specific coursework or certifications in SEO/SEM highly advantageous.
