We're seeking a talented SEO/SEM Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive search engine marketing strategies that propel our clients to the top of search results.
What you'll conquer:
SEO: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant search terms for our B2B clients.
On-page Optimization: Optimize website content and technical elements to improve search engine ranking and user experience.
Link Building: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to increase website authority.
Technical SEO: Work with developers to ensure websites are technically sound and crawlable by search engines.
SEM: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms for B2B audiences.
Campaign Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on SEO and SEM campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Competitor Research: Analyze competitor SEO and SEM strategies to gain a competitive edge.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO and SEM trends and best practices.
You're a master of:
3+ years of experience in SEO and/or SEM, with a strong understanding of B2B search marketing principles.
Proven track record of success in improving website organic traffic and driving qualified leads through SEO and SEM efforts.
Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO and SEM reporting tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Excellent keyword research skills and the ability to identify high-intent search terms relevant to B2B audiences.
Experience with on-page optimization techniques and content optimization strategies.
In-depth knowledge of PPC campaign management platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams (designers, content creators) and external clients.
A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the ever-changing SEO and SEM landscape.
Bonus badges:
Experience with technical SEO audits and website crawlability issues.
Experience with link-building outreach and relationship management.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot (a plus).
