JOB OVERVIEW

We're a small, fast-moving team looking for a sharp SEO & PPC Specialist to own our digital marketing — someone who builds campaigns that actually perform, not just look good in a report.

This is a part-time role (30 hrs/week) with real growth potential. If you deliver results, there's a clear path to full-time.

What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute SEO strategies that drive measurable traffic and leads
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing)
- Write SEO-optimized blog content that ranks and converts
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink outreach
- Report on performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data
- Occasional WordPress updates and landing page builds (bonus)

You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have at least 1–2 years running Google Ads campaigns with provable results
- Understand on-page and off-page SEO, not just the buzzwords
- Can write clearly for both readers and search engines
- Work independently and flag problems before they become fires
- Are comfortable with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Google Analytics
