SEO Manager – Website Optimization & Growth

Boat Trips Club is a leading booking platform for boat tours in Punta Cana. We specialize in providing unique and unforgettable experiences by connecting travelers with the best boat charters. We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Manager to optimize our website, improve search rankings, and drive organic traffic to increase bookings.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and rankings.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to target high-value search terms.
Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for on-page SEO.
Improve technical SEO (site speed, mobile-friendliness, schema markup, indexing, and crawling issues).
Create and execute a backlink strategy to increase domain authority.
Work closely with content creators to ensure blog posts and landing pages are SEO-optimized.
Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools to track performance and identify opportunities.
Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Develop strategies for local SEO, Google My Business, and map rankings.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in SEO and website optimization.
Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and search engine rankings.
Expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
Strong understanding of Google’s algorithm updates and ranking factors.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on insights.
Experience with link-building strategies and outreach.
Familiarity with content marketing, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization.
Work Schedule & Salary:
Full-time position (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
Work is tracked via a login/logout system.
Fixed monthly salary (to be discussed).
