SEO Manager – Lead Local SEO Strategy for a Leading North American Brand

Hellamaid, one of Canada’s top-rated cleaning services, is rapidly expanding into major U.S. markets and we’re seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO team with precision, vision, and measurable impact.

This is a high-level role for a forward-thinking professional who understands how to rank city-specific service pages, build authority through strategic backlinks, and collaborate with a growing SEO team to drive real business growth.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven expertise in Local SEO
2. Ability to build, manage, and mentor a small SEO team
3. Strong command of on-page optimization, content strategy, and link acquisition
4. Analytical mindset, comfortable in Ahrefs, Semrush, and Search Console
5. A proactive leader who can operate independently and bring fresh ideas to the table

You Will:

- Own and execute the SEO strategy for our U.S. expansion
- Optimize and rank service pages for Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and beyond
- Develop scalable on-page SEO systems
- Lead link-building campaigns focused on high-quality local and niche backlinks
- Monitor performance and continuously improve based on data
