Key Responsibilities:
? SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, clustering, and mapping to target high-value search queries.
Optimize website content, meta tags, URL structures, and technical SEO for maximum visibility.
Perform competitor analysis and reverse-engineer winning strategies.
? Technical SEO & Site Optimization

Conduct site audits to identify technical issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, etc.).
Optimize website architecture, structured data (Schema markup), and Core Web Vitals.
Monitor and implement solutions for Google algorithm updates and ranking fluctuations.
? Content & On-Page SEO

Work with the content team to optimize and create SEO-driven content that ranks.
Ensure all content follows SEO best practices and is optimized for E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, and Trustworthiness).
Improve internal linking structures and optimize existing pages for better rankings.
? Link Building & Off-Page SEO

Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
Manage outreach campaigns for guest posting, link reclamation, and partnerships.
Identify and remove toxic backlinks and monitor backlink health.
? Analytics & Performance Monitoring

Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other tools to monitor SEO performance.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and conversion rates to measure success.
Provide monthly SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
???? 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
???? Proven track record of ranking websites in competitive industries.
???? Expert in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
???? Strong technical SEO skills, including structured data, Core Web Vitals, and website audits.
???? Experience with on-page and off-page SEO strategies that deliver results.
???? Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify SEO.
???? Knowledge of local SEO strategies for Google Business Profile optimization.
???? Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
???? Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

Bonus Skills (Huge Plus! ????????):
? Experience with AI tools for SEO (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, etc.).
? Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO & automation.
? Advanced knowledge of Python or scripting for SEO tasks.
? Familiarity with SEO for Webflow and Shopify.
? Google Ads & PPC knowledge (for holistic search marketing strategies).
