SEO Content & Outreach Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive SEO Content & Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will take pre-written content and transform it into engaging, accessible blog posts optimized for SEO. Additionally, you will drive our backlinking strategy by executing effective outreach campaigns, establishing quality partnerships, and enhancing our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Management:**
- Review and edit pre-written content to ensure clarity, accessibility, and alignment with SEO best practices.
- Format and publish blog posts, ensuring they are optimized for readability, user engagement, and search engine performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent brand voice and content quality across all publications.

- **Backlinking & Outreach:**
- Develop and implement strategic outreach campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources.
- Identify and engage with industry influencers, bloggers, and relevant online communities to build lasting partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) and adjust strategies as needed.

- **Performance Tracking & Optimization:**
- Regularly report on content performance, traffic trends, and outreach outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to enhance our overall digital strategy.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SEO content management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing blog content and executing successful backlink outreach campaigns.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
