# Senior Real Estate Video Editor (Full-Time)

We are looking for a **high-level Real Estate Video Editor** to join our growing team.

**Please do not apply if you do not have experience editing real estate videos.**

This is a full-time position with consistent work every week. We need someone who can produce professional, high-quality edits with minimal supervision.

## What You'll Be Editing

* Real estate listing videos
* Property walkthrough videos
* Social media videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Agent talking-head videos
* AI-assisted editing tasks

## What We're Looking For

You should:

* Have strong real estate video editing experience
* Create clean, professional edits
* Understand pacing and storytelling
* Make properties look bright, spacious, and attractive
* Understand what works on social media
* Be reliable and meet deadlines
* Have experience using AI tools in your workflow

## Skills Required

* Final Cut Pro (preferred), Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
* Colour grading
* Audio editing and balancing
* Stabilisation and clean transitions
* Fast internet connection
* Ability to handle large file transfers
