JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will leverage tools like Apollo.io to find and qualify leads, personalize outreach sequences, engage with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone to book appointments. You will have the flexibility to build and test your own outreach sequences, ensuring a customized approach to lead generation.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation: Use Apollo.io to identify and qualify potential leads. Build targeted lead lists based on specific criteria.


Email
Outreach: Create and personalize email sequences in Apollo.io. Continuously optimize email content and strategies based on engagement metrics.

LinkedIn Outreach: Engage with potential clients on LinkedIn. Craft personalized messages and follow up sequences to build relationships and generate interest.

Appointment Setting: Respond to leads, manage inbound inquiries, and book appointments with qualified prospects.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of outreach campaigns. Analyze data to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.

Sequence Building: Develop and test your own Apollo.io sequences to optimize outreach efforts and increase appointment rates.


QUALIFICATIONS
-Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
-Proficiency with Apollo.io or similar lead generation tools.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to personalize outreach and engage with prospects effectively.
-Analytical skills to track and optimize performance metrics.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
