ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive sales and expand our Weight Management products’ market presence. This is a remote full-time position (as foreign independent contractor) open to candidates in the Philippines, with a focus on sales territories in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for lead generation, sales execution, customer relationship management, and business development. You’ll work closely with health and wellness professionals, educate customers on product benefits, and contribute to our mission of promoting better health.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Lead Generation
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Proactively identify and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and online outreach.
• Conduct effective product presentations, workshops, and webinars to educate potential customers and industry professionals.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales interactions, and automate follow-ups.
• Create and refine sales scripts to improve conversion rates.

2. Customer Relationship Management & Retention
• Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and professional communication.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry practitioners.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales growth, lead conversions, and customer retention.
• Provide daily reports to the CEO with insights, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
• Continuously refine sales techniques based on data-driven feedback.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets (preferably in health & wellness, or integrative nutrition, or related industries).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal), with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results independently.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and build meaningful professional relationships.
• Tech-savvy – Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), social media marketing, and

• Passion for health and wellness – Believes in the benefits of our products and can authentically promote them.

• A background in Allied Health, or Complementary Medicine, or Nutrition, or Wellness Industry.
• Understanding of consumer behavior, sales trends and ability to tailor sales strategies and communication to resonate
with audiences in Australia, New Zealand and the United States health and wellness markets.
• Experience in social media & content marketing for e-commerce.
• A valid driver’s license (for occasional face-to-face events).
