Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Presales Consultant will play a crucial role in identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and providing technical expertise during the presales process. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with sales representatives, engineers, and clients to ensure the successful positioning and delivery of our products/services.



Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for HRIS solutions.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to develop comprehensive presales proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of HRIS products and services.
3. Deliver engaging and informative demonstrations of INTERCORP BAS solutions to prospective clients, both in-person and virtually.
4. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how BAS can address their specific challenges and achieve their business objectives.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional BAS modules and services.
6. Stay up to date on the latest developments and advancements in HRIS & Biometric technologies, as well as industry trends and best practices, to continually enhance presales effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects and implementation consultants, to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in presales consulting or solution architecture roles, with a focus on HRIS / HR solutions.
2. Proven track record of successfully delivering presales presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of HR solutions to clients.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical HR solutions and Services.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
6. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, capable of articulating business and technical propositions to clients effectively.
