We’re building Asphalt Titan Pros LLC into a dominant force in the asphalt paving industry — and we need a highly skilled, proactive, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to help make it happen.

You’ll manage our Wix website, drive leads through SEO and ads, launch marketing campaigns, automate outreach, and help us operate like a well-oiled machine.

Manage & optimize our Wix website with high-converting content & layout
Improve visibility via SEO (on-page, off-page, keyword research)
Create & optimize Google My Business listings
Launch and track Facebook Ads & Google Ads
Manage cold outreach campaigns (email, SMS, possible cold calling)
Design content and visuals via Canva or similar tools
Create, schedule & post content for social media (FB, IG, TikTok)
Set up and manage CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho)
Build automated workflows (lead nurturing, follow-ups, tagging)
Handle basic admin, data entry & client communication
Conduct competitor research and identify market opportunities
Fluent English (written & spoken) – you’ll communicate with clients and leads
Proven experience with:
Wix Website Management
SEO & Keyword Optimization
Lead Generation (Google My Business, Facebook/Google Ads, cold outreach)
CRM Automation (GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)

Email Marketing & Cold Outreach
Social Media Content Creation & Strategy
Graphic Design using Canva or Adobe tools
Strong organizational skills – you must be able to work independently
Reliable computer and fast internet
Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and execution power
Experience in asphalt, construction, or home services
Ability to handle customer service (email or phone)
Knowledge of sales funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking
