Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist at THEOSYM.

Imagine leading an army of intelligent AI-powered agents, tirelessly working to identify the perfect clients and partners, while you command the strategy to close the deal. As the Business Development Specialist at TheoSym, you will be at the forefront of this exciting journey, harnessing AI's power to transform how we do business. Your mission? To uncover new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and close deals that propel TheoSym to new heights.

This role is not about finding leads; it’s about closing them with precision and finesse, leveraging cutting-edge tools like Zoom, HubSpot, and Calendly—while experience with Apollo.io is a valuable asset that sets you apart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an AI-Powered Force: Command a suite of AI-driven tools and agents that help you identify potential markets, clients, and strategic partners.

• Masterful Closing: Beyond generating leads, your primary focus is to close deals with passion. You’ll use your expertise to seal the deal and drive revenue growth.
• Pitching & Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiation Mastery: Lead negotiations skillfully, securing favorable terms that align with TheoSym’s objectives.
• Client Onboarding: Work with operations and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction for every new client.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators, refining your strategy to exceed business development goals.

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Skills:
• A strategic mind with a passion for AI and innovation.
• Proven success in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Zoom, HubSpot, and Calendly is essential; experience with Apollo.io is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• A self-motivated, results-oriented approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
