StressKnotNYC is a premium mobile massage therapy service specializing in high-end, on-demand massages for busy professionals, corporate clients, and luxury clientele across NYC. Our goal is to scale the business to $40K+ per month in revenue and establish long-term partnerships with corporate offices, luxury hotels, and wellness-focused businesses.

To achieve this, we are hiring a Revenue Growth Strategist / Client Acquisition Manager who can drive both sales and marketing efforts to expand our market presence and build lasting relationships with high-value clients.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify & close corporate partnerships (offices, co-working spaces, hotels, event planners, luxury wellness centers).
Conduct B2B outreach via LinkedIn, cold emails, and networking.
Pitch & negotiate contracts for recurring services with corporate clients.
Build & maintain long-term relationships with high-end clients and decision-makers.
Develop strategic pricing & service packages to maximize revenue.

Marketing & Lead Generation
Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads to drive bookings.
Develop email marketing campaigns for client retention and reactivation.
Create and implement referral programs for clients and therapists.
Research and test organic lead generation strategies (SEO, partnerships, influencer collaborations).
Optimize the booking funnel & conversion rates to increase online sales.

Revenue Growth & Strategy Execution
Analyze sales data and marketing performance to adjust strategies in real time.
Collaborate with operations to ensure therapist availability aligns with marketing efforts.
Provide weekly revenue growth reports and KPIs on lead generation & sales conversion rates.
Identify new revenue streams such as VIP memberships, event-based massage services, and corporate wellness subscriptions.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in both sales & marketing with a proven track record in lead generation and business growth.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently to drive results.
Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid ads, and conversion optimization.
Ability to analyze data & optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
