Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Revenue Growth Associate to help expand our partner network and drive new revenue opportunities. In this role, you will connect with businesses, introduce them to our referral partnership program, and help them generate additional income by promoting our platform.

You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, presenting the value of our program, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring successful activation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, creating business opportunities, and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
Introduce and explain our referral partnership program to business owners and decision-makers
Demonstrate the revenue potential and benefits of joining the program
Guide partners through the registration and onboarding process
Assist partners with website widget installation and activation
Execute consistent follow-up strategies to maximize engagement and conversions
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and pipeline progress within the CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to improve acquisition and activation performance

Performance Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by:
Number of new partners onboarded
Partner activation and widget installation rates
Conversion rates from outreach to signup
Follow-up consistency and pipeline management
Overall contribution to revenue and partner growth

We're looking for someone who is:
Sales-oriented and confident in presenting business opportunities
Skilled at building relationships and engaging with business owners
Comfortable discussing revenue generation, partnerships, and return on investment
Persistent and disciplined with follow-up activities
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools is a plus
