We're seeking a skilled and motivated Membership Virtual Assistant & Retention Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining our valued members, and contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Retention Strategy: Proactively reach out to members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns, reducing churn and improving retention rates.

Customer Support: Communicate with members via email, phone, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on membership benefits.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of member interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.

Membership Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage members, such as personalized check-ins, follow-ups, and special offers.
Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from members to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to implement changes.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in retention, sales, and customer support.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English for clear, professional communication.
Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify and close sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, email platforms, and virtual communication tools.
Organized: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
