JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving flooring sales, managing digital marketing efforts, and supporting overall business growth at a family-owned flooring company. This position requires expertise in Google Ads, digital analytics, retail sales strategies, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and increase revenue. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in both customer engagement and online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Advertising
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Track advertising performance analytics and provide actionable insights.

Assist in graphic design for digital and print marketing materials.

Maintain and update the company website with current promotions, new products, and business information.

Develop and implement monthly sales promotions and campaigns to attract new customers.

Inputting products in Quickbooks and the ability to modify templets.

2. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Create sales objectives for sales associates and track performance.

Assist in developing monthly meeting agendas for the Director that is focused on sales and business growth.

Perform cold calling on occasion and lead generation to drive new business opportunities.

Develop strategies to improve retail sales performance and customer engagement.

3. Customer Engagement & Reputation Management
Respond to Google reviews and manage the company’s online reputation.

Engage with customers on social media and online platforms to boost brand awareness.

Assist in customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction and increase sales.

4. Sales & Marketing Operations
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies for different customer segments.

Monitor competitors and suggest new marketing opportunities.

Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and business objectives.

5. Administrative & Organizational Support
Assist with planning and coordinating monthly sales meetings.

Keep track of promotional calendars and upcoming advertising initiatives.

Organize and maintain digital marketing assets for easy access and use.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in Google Ads, analytics, and online advertising.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.

Sales experience in a retail or service-based industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Highly detail-oriented and organized.
