The Role
As a Residential Real Estate Appraisal Analyst, you will delve into the complexities of property valuation, employing your analytical prowess and attention-to-detail to deliver top-notch reports. Tasks and Activities
Perform research using industry acknowledged databases and tools used across US market
Analyze property level information from various sources including income statements, rent rolls, reimbursements, occupancy statistics to put together an indication of value
Prepare collateral monitoring reports for assets underlying debt/equity investments.
Perform valuation and appraisal services for residential real estate properties for the US markets and prepare reports for assets underlying debt/equity investments.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years as a property valuer
RICS is beneficial
Valuation experience in the USA Property Market is a must
Bachelor’s Degree
