Research & Outreach Virtual Assistant (Full-Time / Long-Term)

We are a growing U.S.-based business development and e-commerce organization focused on building supplier relationships and wholesale accounts.

We are looking for 5 Virtual Assistants to join our Wholesale Outreach Team. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential for dependable, professional, and motivated individuals.

Responsibilities
Research manufacturers, brands, distributors, and suppliers
Build qualified lead lists
Complete wholesale account applications
Send outreach emails and follow-ups
Track activities in our systems
Maintain accurate records and reports
