Remote Website Sales Appointment Setter & Lead Generator (U.S. Market) – Call + Email Outreach | Performance-Based Pay
We’re a U.S.-based digital agency that creates high-converting websites for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals. We're looking for sharp, driven individuals who can help us connect with business owners through outbound calling and email outreach.

Whether you're an expert at cold calling, lead generation, email campaigns, or all of the above—we have a place for you on our team.

You Can Apply As:
? Caller Only – Make outbound calls to qualified leads, follow a script, build rapport, and schedule appointments with our sales consultants.
? Lead Generator Only – Research, identify, and submit quality leads with full contact information and basic qualification.
? Both Caller + Lead Generator – Generate your own leads and contact them via phone and email to set appointments—earn more for doing both.
? Email Outreach Specialist – Use proven email templates and personalization to engage leads and get responses or appointments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
If You're Calling:

Use our CRM and dialer to make outbound calls to U.S. business owners.

Follow a proven script to qualify interest in website design or redesign.

Handle light objections and schedule consultations with our design team.

Record accurate notes and appointment details.

If You’re Emailing:

Send customized cold emails to business owners using pre-approved templates.

Follow up with warm leads via email if they don’t answer calls.

Track open rates, replies, and adjust for best performance.

If You’re Generating Leads:

Find U.S.-based businesses with outdated websites, poor online presence, or no site at all.

Collect business name, owner name, phone, email, and a short note on why they’re a good fit.

Submit high-quality leads ready for contact.

What You Need:
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)

Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners and writing professional emails

Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or online sales (preferred)

Quiet work environment, reliable internet, headset, and laptop/PC

Must be available during U.S. business hours (EST/CST preferred)

Driven, professional, and able to follow through on performance targets

Compensation:
Per Qualified Appointment Set

Per Quality Lead Submitted

Per Positive Email Response (when applicable)

Bonus for Deals Closed from your appointments

Extra pay for dual roles (caller + lead gen)

Weekly/monthly bonuses for consistent performers

No cap on earnings – get paid for your results
