100% WFH Website Manager for a Top Cruise Brand in US
Location: Remote
Open to Philippine candidates - Direct hire
EST, US timezone
Competitive hourly rate for the right talent
Key Responsibilities:
Own the updating of cruise product pages and promotional pages — ensuring new cruise line features, promotions, and offers are accurately reflected on landing pages and content pages used by Marketing. Promotions change regularly and must be kept current at all times.
Ensure all live promotional content is error-free, on-brand, and up to date — catching discrepancies before they reach customers
Update and build pages in Drupal, including product pages, promotional pages, and other site content
Source and select appropriate images from approved image libraries and cruise line resources to support website content
Maintain website quality through regular audits, testing, and validation of content, links, and site functionality
Monitor and optimize page performance and speed
Work closely with developers on front-end implementation, providing clear direction and reviewing output
Perform QA on all front-end changes before they go live
Support A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website usability testing
Work with the Marketing team to launch promotions, campaigns, and new offerings — such as new ships, cruise lines, loyalty programs, and other site initiatives
Implement and maintain private label pages and features
Work within HubSpot, Mailparser, and other tools in the broader tech stack
Assist with analytics reporting and tracking using tools such as GA4 and tag management platforms
Monitor and report on site performance metrics
Manage the internal product calendar — tracking key dates for when pages need to be completed and set live, such as new cruise ship sale launches and promotional go-live dates
Stay current on AI tools and identify opportunities to incorporate them into site operations, content workflows, and the customer experience
Required Skills & Experience:
Solid understanding of Drupal CMS — able to work in it directly and communicate fluently with developers about it (Note to recruiter: Drupal experience is preferred. If a strong candidate does not have Drupal specifically, this requirement can be adjusted to CMS experience with an understanding of Drupal)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web development (hands-on ability a plus, not a requirement)
Exceptional attention to detail — this role manages live promotional content where accuracy directly impacts the customer experience and business results
Familiarity with UX/UI design workflows and tools like Figma
Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing automation tools
Comfortable with front-end QA and cross-browser testing
Familiarity with GA4 and tag management platforms
Understanding of cookie consent management and its impact on existing and new marketing tags, tracking, and site analytics
Ability to resize and optimize images for web use, including familiarity with image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or similar
Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) and interest in applying them to e-commerce and travel websites
Working knowledge of project management systems (Asana, Jira, or similar)
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting
Experience in e-commerce or travel tech strongly preferred
Nice to Have
Experience working alongside developers rather than as the primary developer
Familiarity with AI-powered site features, personalization tools, or content automation
Background in the travel or cruise industry
