Job Purpose:

The Remote Video Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for 24/7 CCTV surveillance of our client’s premises. The role involves monitoring live video feeds, identifying and reporting irregularities or suspicious activities, and ensuring prompt communication with the relevant teams to address security concerns.


Key Responsibilities
• Monitor CCTV Feeds: Continuously monitor live video footage for irregularities, suspicious activities, or security breaches.
• Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report all irregularities, incidents, and suspicious activities promptly to the designated authorities or client teams.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with the client’s security teams and other stakeholders as required.
• Technology Management: Ensure the CCTV system and related software are functioning properly; promptly report any technical issues.
• Log Maintenance: Keep detailed logs of all incidents, including timestamps, actions taken, and outcomes.


Qualifications
• Experience:
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, remote monitoring tools, and security protocols.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for surveillance software.


Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to stay focused for long periods while monitoring multiple screens.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).


Languages:
• Proficiency in English
