Remote VA Training Specialist | E-Commerce

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for a Training Specialist to lead virtual onboarding and skill-building sessions for our remote customer service team.

What You’ll Do
-Host Zoom trainings (on-camera 50–70% of the time)
-Onboard and assess new hires
-Deliver 1:1 and group training on tools and topics like email marketing, SEO, e-com platforms, and customer service
-Create and update training materials
-Track training effectiveness and collaborate with leadership

What You’ll Need
-1–2 years in training or similar role
-Background in virtual assistance (a plus)
-Proficient in at least two: email marketing, e-commerce site management, or data reporting
-Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Trainual, Loom (preferred)
-Strong communication and coaching skills
-Self-driven and detail-oriented

Tech Requirements
-PC/laptop (i5 or equivalent)
-Wired internet, 20 Mbps minimum
