Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager responsible for executing content strategy across multiple platforms while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
This role focuses on content management, scheduling, engagement, reporting, and coordination.
You will NOT edit reels or design graphics. We have a dedicated editing and graphics team. Your role is to manage execution and performance.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage client communications, approvals, and updates
-Review, execute, and maintain content calendars aligned with strategy
-Schedule and publish posts across all relevant platforms
-Monitor engagement and respond to comments and DMs
-Track performance, analyze insights, and recommend adjustments
-Prepare and submit content calendars and performance reports
-Gather content assets from clients (B-roll, photos, videos, voiceovers)
-Propose new content ideas based on trends and data
-Update internal trackers and ensure all deliverables stay on schedule
-Coordinate with creative, long-form, and project management teams
-Attend internal meetings and keep clients informed of time-sensitive updates
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager
Strong understanding of content flow, platform best practices, and engagement management
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong written English
Comfortable working with multiple clients and deadlines
Proactive communicator who takes ownership
